Poor customer service by Afternoon Manager, Latonya. Rude and does not how to address customers properly. If you're touching your nose in plain slight at the Front food warmers please go wash your hands or use some available hand sanitizer in plain sight. Although, Latonya told me, "I'm not talking to you" when scolding an employee about issuing too many sauces to a customer right while after packaging my takeout order. I walked in to purchase two 6 piece specials from the current TV ad campaign, which you are participating in probably due to excessive food cost for a franchise. I went from budgeting $20 for a meal for one to spending more than $60. I will be talking to the Corporate Office ASAP. I cook my own chicken or go to KFC. I hope the Manager was just having an off day. Everyone has one of those. I like feeling welcome when I spend my money during a pandemic.

Got 3 5 piece strip meals & they were all short. One had 3 & the other 2 had 4. Didn't find out till we got home & didn't seem worth driving 20 min. back, but I guess that's why they don't put in the right amount. Still very tasty food.

Talk about going above and beyond. They wrote happy thanksgiving on each sandwich bag. Ordered the day before thanksgiving to eat with friends because we all go home to our parents for thanksgiving, and so this was our little Friendsgiving get together. Very satisfied!
