Can't beat a Culver's shake! First visit to one in 3yrs and got served quickly and the shakes were super delicious! Love how a large is branded "Medium" to make it seem more healthy! 😝

The lemon cooler was right on point! The Strawberry Fields salad was disappointing! Wendy's strawberry salad is so much better! The staff was friendly and quick! I will definitely stick with butter burgers from now on!

The Elmwood Park Culver's has a bunch of incompetent people working there! Went inside to order 2 orders of two scoops of chocolate and vanilla ice cream in a cup on a Saturday night an hour before closing and it ended up taking over 20 minutes to get my ice cream! Took the staff way too long to even put in my order. They kept giving priority to the drive thru customers and customers who walked in and put in their order AFTER my order. The cashier didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and when I confronted her about the ridiculously long wait for ICE CREAM of all orders, she proceeded to give the excuse that "we are really busy" which is a really weak excuse since they managed to put in and deliver some orders that came in after my order. When I finally got one of the staff to start making my ice cream, he had to redo the order 3 times because apparently the incompetent cashier doesn't know the difference between chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup. The guy kept putting chocolate syrup on top of the vanilla ice cream when I specifically order 2 scoops of Chocolate AND Vanilla Ice cream. I said nothing about chocolate syrup. Culver's is loosing their touch when it comes to quality of the food/ice cream and they are really weak when it comes to hiring staff.

I was considering visiting this location, but after reading the reviews, I'll pass. But, I wanted to say that I noticed responses from management to the good reviews mostly. There were only a few bad reviews that were addressed. I believe where there's smoke, there's fire. I find it appalling that a consistent occurrence was that customer's orders were incorrect and several customers feel ill after visiting this location. That's serious and was not addressed. Again, I'll pass and I hope something is done to improve the quality and service.
