Honestly, the staff is friendly and helpful. They seem to be genuinely enthused by what they're doing. It's really a smooth operation speaking from customer service. Very clean establishment and they leave accessories if you needed to buy something. You got good people working there. Take care of them.

Sunnyside... I've been coming here since I was a patient at Flora, still sith fond memories of that humble, dark oak aesthetic and alas I've seen an evolution, a bright orange evolution. Before Pritzker came around this was a great place that helped me fill out my medically card at a time when all of this was so new... The days of running around, waiting in alleys and dealing with friends of a friend's friend are over now. Sunnyside has many products, good security, clean location, friendly staff, good catalogue and many deals, even headquarters sent me a care package with fun merchandise! Cresco seems to be their main company partner although I'm not sure, nevertheless I have not received a product I disliked regardless of brand and quite the contrary they almost always have what I want in stock. My issue is not with the location but regulations in general; taxes? Too expensive! I get it, it's a cash cow and a federal illegally product. I still wish the taxes were a bit cheaper! $10-20 in taxes for a $60 product? Time for me to write a letter to Congress!

I had a good experience for being a first time customer. I purchased a vape pen on June 1st. Maybe got 20 puffs and it doesn't work anymore after a week! Went back on Wednesday. They told me to use the website, since the phone number I called first didn't work. Tried to go to returns I get the runaround! Just wanted to speak to a person after working all day!
