I have used this parking lot for travel upwards of 10 times in the past year. It is convenient, safe, reasonably priced and no hassles. I normally do not write reviews for just being a good business but I was included to write a review about our driver, Antonio. As a business owner myself I look for and notice great customer service, genuine care and efficiency. Antonio embodies all of these. When I arrived he kind offered to help with our luggage and saved us from walking a bit. My daughter and I were the 1st of about 5 parties to get on the bus. Unfortunately, a lady behind me was extremely rude. Asked Antonio to not touch her luggage and demanded it be in a place that was unsafe and it would slip. Antonio maintained his composure and remained professional. The last lady to get on the bus had a leg cast. Antonio quickly switched gears balancing many task at once and ensured the lady that required assistance get on safely. Once, she got on she realized her husband wasn’t on the bus. To remain efficient Antonio radioed the other drive and verified the “husband” was on there. Again, showing genuine care! As a business owner I was impressed and can only hope my employees demonstrate these core values (even when faced with adversity or challenges) when management isn’t there. Way to go! I will continue to remain a customer of Expresso Parking!

The ability to scan your reservation on entry and departure was very helpful, but the service from your drivers coming and going was outstanding. When we arrived and parked the driver told us to wait there so she could turn around and pick us up, and when we returned a different driver took us directly to our car. Now that’s Service with a capital S. We also liked the jazz the return driver played in the van. Very Oakland!

Always a good experience but today was beyond good. Our driver Tony pointed us to a great parking spot, grabbed our bags to load them and was kind and friendly. Now that’s service! No need to wait for the shuttle and help without asking. Thank you!

Prepaid on way.com and was charged an additional $8.48 to exit even though I left before my reservation expired. Took it up with Way and they couldn’t issue a refund. Shuttle was quick with a short wait time. Lot is a lot nicer than most.

I honestly don't remember. I am pretty sure (but not positive) that we were quoted a total, not subtotal plus tax. It should indicate on your quote if there are additional fees...

Last time I was there (late November) the "covered" parking was limited to a carport-like setup and there was no valet option.
When you leave 2 go home from lot in your car, y ou may have a problem with getting out parking lot gate,, it may not read Your exit code properly, it did That wrong 2 times with me !!
