Best hardware, home and garden store in town! Davis Ace Hardware is the place in Davis to find anything related to home improvement, housewares, gardening supplies and so much more. All the staff here is always very friendly and helpful. This location has two buildings with the outdoor garden and plant area in the middle. The larger building is a more traditional hardware and paint store with the other building having more of the outdoor and patio products. Support your local ACE!

It's great to have a hardware store with local history right in downtown. I try to shop here wherever I can instead of driving elsewhere. The staff are friendly and they also run a fundraiser to support local charities. I've been in several times to buy supplies for my garden: tools, plants, seeds, lumber (from the lumber yard next door), screws, tomato cages. I've usually been able to find what I need, but sometimes the selection can be a little small. For example, the small selection of stakes and garden fences are often warped or damaged.

It is conveniently located in down town Davia. They have a pretty good selection of items for every day househood items, maintenance, gardening, yard.and concrete. They also make copies of house keys and car keys.

I purchased a Universal Wall Push Button For Garage Doors from Emigh Ace Hardware while I was there running some errands and came back home to install it but it didn't work out. So, when I went to the Davis store to return it but the cashier told me that they are privately owned and do not carry this item in their store and can not take it back and can not refund me! They suggested that I go to the store I bought it from! This has never happened to me when I purchase from Home Depot, or Lowes. This is so inconvenient.
