Made an appointment with their service department like I have done for the last 8 years. I show up on the appointment date and the whole dealership is empty! Closed! Sign on their window says they have moved to Des Plaines! They never bothered to tell me.

I had the most pleasant car buying experience at Schaumburg Mitsubishi. Reed was super helpful and responsive and I walked out with a new car and very happy! This was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve had!

Oh my goodness. I can’t believe how friendly this crew is ! I called their service department because I had issues regarding my transmission while I was driving on the highway. Not only were they welcoming, they got me in the same day and gave me unbeatable prices! Trust me I checked various places and got quotes that was almost twice as much! I had to come back to here to get my car repaired. They were fully booked but I told them how I had to drive an hour away for work, they listened and even offered me a vehicle to take to work I’d they couldn’t finish my car in time. That is A-m-a-z-i-n-g! They ended up finishing it in one day anyway. Prior to repairing my car they gave me a breakdown and images of what’s wrong with my car, request my consent before fixing it, and also gave me time to think about it. They were thorough and informative. My hope was to just get my car finished in one day (because it was an emergency I didn’t have an appointment) but they went above and beyond! Amazing experience especially being a dealership in Schaumburg. Thank you so much Henry , Joe , Martin and the rest of he crew (especially the Mechanics!). I’ll definitely come back!

Easiest car I have ever bought. The service team was excellent. Reed Peterson was my sales guy... extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the process. I am super happy with my purchase... I will definitely return and refer.

Depends on the car, usually the key will need to be programed to the vehicle in order for it to start the vehicle. Generally you want the car towed in for that... And that way you know the key works too.
