This is the first time I've had service here - having owned my VW for just one year. It was all very professional and smooth. I had expected a call to let me know of additional charges over the oil change that I'd come in for. I'd ask for the starter button to be checked and they went ahead and replaced it but usually I'd expect a call to tell me what the additional charges would be. Instead I was surprised that it was about $170 higher bill than expected.

Susan has been my service advisor since 2015. She is awesome. I trust Susan and count on her for all service needs for my Tiguan. Any questions, any problem, she’s happy to takes care of them. I really appreciate Susan’s great customer service she provides to her customers.

Beware. I leased my car from this dealership three years ago and I just bought it back. In both cases they quoted different amounts "downstairs" when I was talking to the sales person, and then they tried to add multiple fees adding to hundreds of dollars when I went to sign the papers with the finance department "upstairs". For instance, they quoted $500 for changing my tires and then they tried to charge me $650. They also added the charge TWICE, for changing my tires, which I caught while reviewing the contract (so instead of $500 they tried to charge $1300 for the tires). They also charged $1000 to inspect my car for the buy back. This is a practice that most dealerships are using nowadays, but $1000 is obscene. In short, if you want to proceed because you want a nice VW, proceed with caution and double /triple check everything.

Big shoutout to Luis Cornejo for excellent customer service and follow up. I was visiting from the Bay Area for the Thanksgiving week and suddenly had an issue with my new 2021 ID.4 where my car displayed an “Electrical system not working correctly. Please service vehicle.” warning. Despite a very busy schedule, Pacific VW was able to diagnose my issue, provide me a loaner vehicle, and fix the car within 2 days (needed to wait for replacement part to be ordered). Luis was courteous, understanding, and professional in his handling of my concerns, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am that he acted with urgency because of my circumstance of visiting from out of town. Highly recommend this dealership and service department to anyone who needs quality VW servicing. I’m a happy customer.

Generally speaking, you have to wear a mask and if not speaking to someone you have to be inside for you have to wait outside. Ideally I'd have a plan for while your vehicle is there, not many places to sit aside from 2-3 benches. All in all for COVID purposes they seem to be doing pretty well.
