This Hospital should be shut down. After the accounts of the stabbing in which 2 bystanders had to rescue an M.D. and a Nurse (who were stabbed by a "patient")....and a Dental Tech had to take over the rescue operations to treat the injured...this Hospital has a LOT of explaining to do. Sheer negligence.

l want to thank you all the ER personel who take an exceptional care of my mom. She fall and broke her hip and ER personel were amazing to take care of her while we had to find a way to transfer her to Irvine. Thank you!

Going to a hospital is never a good experience, but the doctor and nurses here made it less unpleasant. The level of care that I received was excellent and it seemed that they genuinely care about their patients. Hopefully I never need to go to a hospital again, but if I do I will trust this one with my care.

Went to the ER yesterday. Never received a wrist band and didn’t have a call light within reach. Was there for an issue that could’ve been resolved within a few hours but I was there from morning to evening due to the staff not checking in as often as they should’ve. I had to walk up to the nurse station in tears because of the pain I was in after waiting a couple hours for them to get back to me. The ER was pretty empty. Also was never asked if I was hungry, and ignored when I asked for a bite to eat. Staff was pretty rude actually. Felt frustrated at the lack of care while in extreme pain and discomfort. I don’t think I’ll be returning here if I can help it.

I found the same thing when I was there for a broken back. We spoke to Ad min and complained. When I rang for help to bathroom I was told to just go ahead and pee in the bed. I could hear the nurses talking and laughing at the nurses station it was so trusting. However the PT dept is very good.
