I have not been back to this Michael's since I had an encounter with one of their managers. They had a few Lemax Halloween houses on sale. When I got to the register to pay for my purchases, the cashier said he had to call the manager to give me the discount on the house. Why?! I wasn't told! He came over WITH an "attitude"! BAD day?! Then he proceeded to tell me I COULDN'T OPEN the box to make sure the house was ok nor could I RETURN it if something was WRONG WITH IT! THAT'S WHEN I SHOULD HAVE TOLD HIM HE COULD KEEP IT! Of course when I got it home and looked at it, there were parts of it that was BROKEN! It is STILL in the box! I wasn't able to FIX IT to my satisfaction. More than the broken house, the ATTITUDE of the manager was SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL that I have NEVER been back to the Encino store and NEVER WILL!

I enjoy arts. and crafts. Michael's is a known name across the whole united states. I've never seen a MICHAELS I didnt like. They treat me with respect, unlike most other places cause of the "Homeless" ness.
