God Awful place! Came in and placed an order to go and was told it would be 20min wait. After waiting the 20min I noticed a bag placed down. No one came to the front. People in the kitchen were messing around and playing I started to wonder if there was a manager or just kids back there working. The person who originally placed my order came to the front and said “I forgot out about you bro” like I hope the manager sees this and learns to take control of this future dying business if they can’t manage their employees in doing their jobs.

Ordered from here last night and found two pieces of hair in my cheese fries. The wings are good but I’m probably not going to order from here again.

Placed an order tonight for WELL DONE wings. Thats when you cook the wings a little longer. But wing stop cant figure that out. I call and ask for well done every time and never happens. Mango are barley cooked this time around. Trash

Ordered from here online and drove 20 minutes to pickup food. Got home and half of the food was not in there. My fault for not checking but the bag was sealed with a sticker and assumed the workers put all the food in the bag. Called and asked if they would fix it if I came back, they said we will give you the fries. I asked them to remake the food because it wasn’t my fault they messed it up. Said they would give me a refund for all the food and nope. Got a refund for just the fries. Chicken was hard and old. Definitely not fresh. On top of everything else, the wrong flavoring was on the wings. Definitely stay away from here. They constantly mess the food up.
