Review is for in store experience. Ordered kitchen appliances as a Contractor over phone with Carlos. Was friendly, thorough and efficient. Zero stress or confusion. Arrived days later to make the purchase, delete and/or change some items. Not a problem at all and again done with efficiency and were happy to do it. Very pleasant experience. I was assisted by Nyedi G, knowledgeable, helpful friendly, not pushy, explained pro/con/benefits. Purchased an LG Dryer. Installation was 3 days later(Labor day). Install6was scheduled from 1 to 5, Techs called, arrived @ 11a. Old dryer removed 4 a fee. Technicians Chrustian & Danny were friendly, courteous, respectful of property, cleaned up, explained functions. When I smelled gas, he explained that was normal after installing , showed me the lines were secure & smell would dissipate
