I needed service on my Lg refrig. Ice maker. I have a Sears service contract on it, I called was able to make an appt. that worked for me. I was given updates several times , then Armand (tech) from A&E called said he would arrive in 15-20 minutes, which he arrived in 15 minutes. He was friendly, explained the problem, was very concerned about any water leaking on my floor. Did the work and made sure it was repaired. He was the best tech I have had. Did a few extra things, like replacing the filters for me. If I need service on my appliances again, hopefully Armand will be sent out.

The technition was fine but the price for his labor was outrageous. The labor to replace a water valve was $310.00. I will not use this service again or refer anybody to it.

Technician did his best but due to "Internal Leak" so it cannot be repaired, need to replace a new unit. Per Technician I should receive email or phone call from Sears in 7 days to arrange a new unit replacement.

sears technicians are excellent overall. Customer service in getting a technician is HORRIBLE! AND it is impossible to speak to a supervisor and I have tried and tried. I have even called and written corporate with NO RESPONSE. I had a technician come out to do regular maintenance which i have paid for and they found an issue with my dishwasher. They needed to order a parITt and they did and 2 weeks after the part was delivered they came out to install the new part. 2 days after they left the dishwasher was leaking again. I called and was told that the soonest appointment i could get was 3 weeks away. I explained the situation and they said it didn't matter. I waited the 3 weeks and another technician came out and discovered the problem was not what the first tech said it was but something different but the first tech took the simple route and assumed it was the seal. IT WAS NOT. Another part was ordered and 2 weeks later finally it is fixed. Started this in September and it is now December.
