Didn't know i needed an appointment, but was let in anyway to look. Debbie,at front desk was very helpful and I was able to purchase a sink. She also made an account for me and answered questions I had on kitchen equipment. I'll be back!

I was told by their customer service that I would get a call back from them with a quote on the vanity top I was looking for within 3 days but instead I had to email them and call them several times and it has been almost 4 weeks. Very bad customer service.

Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. WORSE service ever, if i could I would give them zero stars . I think you get better service from home depot. They are great at customer service when you first arrive there and you are making the purchase, but good luck getting anything on time and don't believe the 4 day deliver or even the 7 day delivery , i am now on week 4 and i am still missing parts and had to cancel many other parts that they sold me but were not in stock or wouldn't be delivered for another 3 weeks . They don't check if things are in stock they just wait to tell you a week later when you dont get your delivery , and now they are hanging up on me and not picking up when I call back. Extremely dissapointed , never again . I don't usually take the time to write reviews but the service was just the worse and I wanted to let others know , in hope of saving you the headache while remodeling .

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. Return labels help us efficiently track your return. If you choose another shipping method, please inform us by contacting customer service. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the RGA number we sent via email. Print the freight label that we provided via email. Do not attach the freight label to the shipment. Use the instructions provided to contact the carrier and schedule your freight pickup."
