Called and made an appointment on Sunday 4/3/22 to have new wheels put on, swapping old tires onto new wheels. (I told them the specs of everything before even going in) When I get there we went out and inspected the tires and I was then told that they were unable to do them because they would have to stretch the tire. The tire is a 245mm going on a 9.5 inch wheel. 245mm = 9.65 inches. I did not only waste my time but the service manager decided to argue with me swearing they cannot put the tires on and that it will be stretching the tire. Never in my life thought you would have to stretch something to get it onto something smaller. Went to Discount tire and they said they could do it no problem. Would never recommend this place because they don’t even know tires!!!

Just went to three firestone's including this one. All said they could not service a flat until later. But what really irritates me is I used to work at firestone. I bought in the last three years easily 2,500$ plus on tires not including the life time alignment. In two stores no customers were waiting and I was told that I would have to wait because they had other cars that people had left (no rush) to work on. One was maybe a hour plus to wait the other 3 hours. One said not for three hours. All places opens at 7am, when I worked their one person was dedicated to do tires. They are a tire company and the training I was told back in the day was we're a tire company and that's the main focus. They lost a customer in me. I will never buy tires again from firestone. Incompetent managers who can't take a half hour flat repair. I just bought the four tires two months ago and already problems on more than one front with this company.
