Couldn't find the mens room at the nearby safeway, the starbucks also. Any other ideas for where one could take a leak? Esp. for female travel companions?

Good question! There is a public restroom inside the San Anselmo Town Hall (corner of Tunstead Ave and San Anselmo Ave).
Is there a park nearby to rest and relax when arriving early? Many times to avoid C-PTS(d) traffic jam triggers Veterans will arrive hours early for appointments. Is there a place/space where vehicle household occupants can stretch & breath deeply?

There are 2 parks in downtown San Anselmo (Creek Park and Yoda Park), both just off the downtown strip on San Anselmo Ave. There's also the Robson Harrington Park, which is 2 blocks from downtown (address is 237 Crescent Ave).
Are veterans welcome? Do S. A. parking meters require payment 4 disabled veteran's vehicles displaying a blue h. placard? The city of San Rafael's traffic wardens tell when asked, No payment required on city streets if the placard is displayed. Thx

Yes, Veteran's are most welcome! Our clinic accepts TriWest/Veteran's Choice insurance. Payment at the meters should not be required if you are displaying the placard.
