Staff encountered were excellent. I was not pleased about a pickup no longer needed. It arrived too late to the store. Had to go inside and wait in line to pick up. Had to get out and then back in line to do return. Should have online cancel/credit option for online orders. Made a trip and wasted gas for nothing. :(

Great location with hidden deals. Great place to test your sale hunting skills. We spent 3 hours shopping for dress's and bra's and bought a 120$ dress for only 36$. After finding out our sizes we were able to take advantage of their online sales and the pick-up was ready in store within 5 minutes. The cherry on the cake is the checkout staff always smiling and thanking us for visiting.
