Do not deposit cash in atm. Takes money and doesn’t show up in account. You have to wait on the phone for a hour to make a claim!!

Never have to wait in the drive through and the tellers are always on top of it.

What is the purpose of closing the drive thru?! Forcing people to go into the lobby while I thought we're still supposed to be social distancing!
