Absolutely the worst experience my dog has ever been put through by the vet we had placed trust in. Had my dog in for a scheduled operation, that never happened In 5 hours, and after paying in full prior to the surgery was told there wasn't anything they could do and then the vet are decisions on their own without even reaching out to me the owner of the dog and now my dog is worse off than he was before we took him to the so called vet we thought cared about our pet, so ashamed of the actions not taken and the disregard for my input to any as the owner.
