Almost every time I go to BK, regardless of the franchise, either they don't prepare my order correctly or the quality of the food is poor. And I hate when I have to correct them. I get frustrated and impatient but I don't want to get angry at them and I don't want to hold up others in line. I know sometimes they are under pressure to prepare orders as fast as possible but I can't continue to spend my money on bad orders. I'm giving up on Burger King for now but I'm sure I will eventually come back. Maybe in a couple of years.

I came in to order a meal and was never greeted or asked for my order after waiting about 5-10 minutes. Hispanic employees were servicing the Hispanic customers but completely ignored me. I eventually left for not getting any service. I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Had to repeat my order to the guy 3-4 times cause he just kept messing it up, then when I got to the window I realized once I got the receipt that he charged me 3x more and gave me the wrong order. Then the lady at the window snatched the bag from me as if “I” did somthin wrong. They are bad

This place has poor customer service, food isn't hot or good, the staff just doesn't want to work, and the wait times are ridiculous. This is our 3rd worst experience in a row. We go at 330 AM before picking up family from the airport, the guy says his "computer is glitching and it'll take 15 minutes to order", but yet the 8 people in front of us ordered just fine. We come back at 4:15 AM and all of a sudden there's an hour update that starts at 4 AM and we can't order, even though the person in front of us JUST ORDERED. DO NOT GO HERE, we went to the BK off of Crawfordsville, and they were polite, friendly, and the food was piping hot and served us without "excuses".
