I don’t know if the woman who was taking my order just wasn’t listening or if she just didn’t care. I obviously don’t expect much from fast food but while ordering through the drive thru she was rushing me to order and then completely got my order wrong. will never be coming back to this location.

We went through the drive-thru in order two separate orders. The woman hated the order back to me and even when she handed out the orders she handed them out correctly but when she took payment she charged me for the other person's mail and charge the other person for my meal. Bottom line I paid $2 more for my mail and the other person. She claimed that it was an accident but in all ringing it up and taking payment she handed out the correct order while she was making and charging the payment room. So she knew what she was doing. So in essence I paid $2 more for my mail that I should have.

Ordered on door dash and my order got canceled by the store after the driver was there to pick up. My husband went there at 10:15 and even though they advertise serving breakfast until 10:30, they would not allow us to order breakfast.

It was over $9 for a whopper, small fry and small drink. My Whopper was inedible. Most of the bun was so stale that it was hard all the way through - this wasn't "over-toasted". The meat patty was dry - like it had been sitting around for a while. The customer experience at the drive through is terrible. The dumpster bin was open, so we get to see all that before we order. The drive-through window was dirty and smeared. The drive-through experience is THE way most customers are getting their food right now. It needs to be clean, dumpsters hidden, trash picked up, windows cleaned.
