Rosewood apartments aka Greystone apartments has bad communication they don’t care about they people and most have attitude well one has attitude but it makes the whole place looks bad and they where charging me 2 dogs and my online portal is charging me for no reason they claim they will fix it but it’s not fixed

They will not return my mother's security deposit and she moved out im July 2021. The unit was left emaculent and there is no reason. They've said they mailed it and I never received it. The call log shows how many times I've called and they ignore my call or answer and say it's on the way. It's almost a year now and still they have not returned it which everyone should know is illegal but they know most residents don't have the means to take further action.

I have lived in Rosewood Apartments for almost 2 years now. I would have to give them 5 stars. From the office staff to the neighbors, everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. The office staff is willing to help you when they are able to. The key to be successful in life is communication. You have to communicate to the office staff if there is any issues or if anything is broken. They are able to get things done as fast as they are able to. In the building I live in there are kids living there , and all of the neighbors are respectful and keep the noise down on school nights.

I have been here for almost 26 years, my 2 kids have been raised here. Compared to when I first moved here this place is good. The maintenance is great, the office staff is fun. Just wish some residents cared more instead of tossing their garbage in the hallway. But other than that I have really enjoyed being here. They even had a huge BBQ and everyone had a great time. Even the management got in the fun. Whenever there is a issue maintenance or the office is on it. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Patti, Dominique (sorry if I spelled it wrong) Tim and Richard . You guys are awesome
