I love going to ace in Richmond because everyone there is extremely helpful and very friendly. If you need help there's always someone there to help you unlike the big box stores where you have to search and search and still can't find anyone to answer any questions. Thank you very much for the help finding my mailbox numbers tonight.

I took (1) of my Aluminum clad "Thermopane Glass" double hung windows in and had it measured to have it replaced. I didn't know that my local hardware store offered this service before. Mike met me at the front of the store and was very thorough in measuring and ordering the glass replacement. Thank you, for not making me walk to the back of the store and promptly reducing the stress that comes from a broken window with winter knocking at your Wisconsin door.
