It's a clean store, the staff is very friendly, and your receipt number could win a cash drawing that they hold... all in all, that's pretty cool. Unfortunately the "discount" part of their name is misleading, as their prices are the same if not higher than most gas stations. They also sell Kratom (which is what attracted me to the store in the first place), but at an unbelievable mark-up... almost triple the price of other vendors in the QC.

The people who own, operate & work @JB Hawks are incredibly patient, kind & helpful. There IS such a thing called "customer service" & the people who work there are excellent examples to the rest of the retail industry who dont really seem to care one way or another. Good prices & excellent knowledge of their inventory.

Because they lose good employees due to letting certain CREW members yell scream cuss at their employees..i have worked there for almost three years...yeaterday 8/17/18 at 2:30 pm one employee had no hesitation to vearbally abuse me in the store front with customers an 2 othe crew members all there to see me get screamed at this is also mental abuse as well, along with intimidating me to stay and work after being treated like a dog...nothing has been done and I suffered a panic attack right in front of her told her what I was having happening to me as she ha d me followed to my car to tell me to turn in my work stuff...nobody fired me I did not quit soooo???
