Wonderful service! I have a super nervous older dog with bad legs who HATES having her toenails clipped and usually hurts herself fighting and hurts me in the process and have had bad experiences with a prior groomer (don’t go to “All Four Paws”). The staff at American Dog listened to my concerns and were able to work with her well and get it done quickly with as little stress to her as possible. And they also had the cheapest prices compared to other places I had priced. Super nice and professional. Will be making them a regular.

I brought my dog for five days to boarding the first day he was there he got a cough. I was not notified of this when I returned to pick up my dog had no bark. I called the next day to figure out what happened and was notified a day after that my dog had gotten a cough his first day of boarding. I brought my dog to the vet where they diagnosed him with kennel cough. I wouldn’t recommend taking your dog here for boarding or daycare. The communication of what happens with your dog when they are in their care is poor. There wasn’t even an apology given.

Normally takes a couple days to get him in which is a good sign imo (means they're busy). McKenzie does a wonderful job on our little one. He gets very excited to go see her. The results are good and he's ready for a night out on the town. :)
