Guess I'm not the only one who has a package come up missing from this place. From the looks of the reviews, these employess have sticky fingers... I will be reporting this place and will NEVER drop off another package here again.

I WENT ON JANUARY 12, 2022 TO SEND A PACKAGE I asked for UPS for security and I told the seller that it was important and she realized that it was going to a jewelry store and by local policy she should have offered insurance for my package (I DIDN'T KNOW THAT IT EXISTED ASEGURANSA) was charged $17.76 for my shipment and on the day of the delivery date I call to ask why my tracking number was never found on the Internet and it tells me that it is normal because ups is short of staff (UPS ANSWERS THAT THIS IS A LIE and that they should always scan) THE EMPLOYEES SAID THAT THEY ARE INVESTIGATING AND THAT THEY WOULD CALL WITH AN ANSWER AND THEY NEVER CALLED ❗ .. IT IS THE UGLIEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE ❗ the package is worth more than $2500 and they knew it 😭

I used this location to drop off online sales with prepaid shipping for the past year with zero issues. However, this past week I had dropped off a package and for the first time I was told that they were not providing drop off confirmation receipts. That was the first time they said they were not providing receipts which l should have just taken my package back but given that I’ve never had bad experience with them I didn’t make a big deal out of it. Days later UPS shoes in their system that they have not received the package. My seller rating online has now taken a hit because the order was cancelled due to the order not being shipped on time. I cannot file a petition to waive the negative rating on my file because because I have no receipt. Beware if using this location. Not sure if something sketchy is going on since it’s the holidays but I recommend gong straight to the mail courier for mailing purposes.
