Great service great delivery from Keith. He was very helpful in explaining a lot of stuff his number is 49312 for driver information. The only issue was is that the salesman we had talked to said it was okay to put under the carport but the pod itself was actually way too big for the carport even being the smallest pod. We were still able to fit it in a couple of open parking spaces in our complex but Keith did mention that some complexes are a little bit more strict and will only allow pods to go and specific areas even if it's an inconvenience to the mover. I would suggest that anyone who uses pods to contact their apartment complex first to make sure it's allowed to be put somewhere in an open space this instance it was two car spots since the container and hydraulic mover needed that space. Other than that great service and hope to be using pods whenever we need to move in the future

We have had a great experience with using PODS for long distance moving and storage for an extended amount of time. The customer service has been pleasant and helpful and the manager we dealt with at the nearest PODS facility to where we moved was extremely helpful and accommodating when our escrow close dates kept changing. The drivers were courteous and careful and very creative with placement and removal (We had the box moved two times as we were in a rental while house hunting). It was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone needing an easy solution to long distance moving and storage. They really made the move easy and it was nice to have access to our things while we were in a temporary house. The total price was not cheap, including paying for monthly rent, but for the convenience, peace of mind and the fact we didn’t have to haul our own stuff was well worth it. Not to mention we didn’t have to go up a ramp like a moving truck would require. The box held our belongings nice and dry and even when it got hot outside it stayed relatively decent inside. Thanks to Ronald N for final move and that impressive work!

Ryan C just dropped off our pod as we get ready to move our family and start a new chapter. Ryan was very sweet and professional and dropped the pod quickly and efficiently. You would think he has been doing this for years and his customer service is top tier . Thank you Ryan for starting my morning off with a few good laughs .

Overall, a great experience with PODS. We were not only moving out of state but building a new home as well. We needed movers as well as storage and PODS met both those needs. We packed up during their busy time so we ordered way ahead but then had our stuff delivered during a not so busy time and were able to get the PODS picked up within 2 days. Everything about the account can be managed online but their customer service was great and helpful too. They definitely made the moving and storage of your stuff less stressful.
