Stayed here while I had a medical treatment done. Check in was easy and also check out. The room was clean and comfortable. They could have used some more pillows that were thicker. The hospital paid for the room and I had no problem with that either.

Close to everything - food, hospitals, stores, entertainment. They have a complimentary shuttle that takes you to the different hospitals and regional airport nearby. They have a decent complimentary breakfast; however, we thought the eggs were over salted. The inside of the hotel has been renovated and is nice. I was worried that "renovated" meant a new paint job but that's not the case - don't let the outside of the building fool you. Room was well maintained and comfortable. Staff was really friendly and attentive. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and would stay again.

The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping staff however....they pushed a cart directly in our way and blocked the doorway. I wound up pushing it out of the way so we could get through while the staff member continued talking to their coworker, even after seeing us trying to get through. The last night we stayed, there was a heavy police presence for a short period and we began to realize the area and thus the hotel was a little sketchy. Overall, not a bad stay...but we probably won't be returning.

Fantastically affordable and pleasantly remodeled for a great value. The staff was great. I left my new glasses in the room and Andrew took a break from front desk activities to go to my room and look. He didn't find them but the cleaning person did and they promptly shipped them back to me. Thank you!
