I paid for a bus ticket online got a confirmation which is the only one to get one and I had to pay again in person because they couldn't find my number need to get new computers because that's not fair at all I had to spend 160 to get from dubuque to des Moines which is unfair to me I worked hard for my money in shouldn't have to pay for more than one ticket if I have a paid for confirmation number so unsatisfied

Helpful. Close to airport. Beware of taxi minimum when coming from airport. Short distance but 10 or 15 bucks minimum charge.

It is perplexing that they do not make a side trip to the airport departures/arrivals. It is possible that they - Burlington Trailways - do not want to take away the lively hood of Yellow Cab and Limo services.

Online booking for greyhound's prices are not matched and even scoffed at because they know you have no other option. I found a flight on Anerican just up the street that had a better price. Be smart look around before settling on this option or get to the closest city with direct greyhound ticketing.
