I had a bad experience with them. I had call for a few times and taxi never arrived , an elder was close to me his didn't arrived neither so I walk to take a bus. *On my way back From Tampa airport to Raymond Stadium I was charged $30 for 2.6 miles that's the distance (2.6)airport to stadium

We had a 3:30 AM pick up My husband checked in the day before to make sure the driver would be at our home for our international flight He never arrived. We called and couldn’t even speak to someone We ended up having to take our car to airport and it cost us an extra 250.00 You should be ashamed and please do not use this company It’s a disgrace that they are in business If I could give them a minus in stars it would be too much.

Called day before for a 4 am pick up. Driver never showed and couldn’t be reached by dispatch. Numerous calls to Yellow accomplished nothing. Wound up taking Uber. Terrible!!

The Company is growing and we NEED qualified Drivers. if it's a doctor drop off we're usually there within a half to an hour of your appointment. If it's a doctor pick up to go home we have an hour and sometimes it takes 2 hours because the drivers are not in the area. Unfortunately this is the case until we get more qualified Drivers to join the force to help pick up people in wheelchairs. Please have an understanding stand this. Do you know what it takes to become a qualified driver?? Hope this helps for you understand better. Amen Alan
