So just went there about 15 mins ago and I got a mcchicken light lettuce and McDouble no pickle n I got a plain mckchicken and a McDouble with pickles on it n some nasty soggy fries and my kids chicken nuggets taste like they been sitting for awhile smh very disappointed then ppl just wanna hop off on the mic then hop off now I’m upset n my receipt says my whole order n it was still wrong

Ordered a medium size fry and medium sized drink got small on both 10 piece nugget 1 sauce I'm doing going here

between holiday, jfk, and this location, this one has to be the busiest. They also have the fastest service/shortest waits in my experience. It helps that the people working are friendly as well. only complaint is that when someone uses the 2nd screen i get so startled because im used to pulling up to thw main one 😂 Their efficiency knocked me clear out of la la land! (More of a criticism on my part, really) If something could be improved: the structure of the drive thru. There’s multiple spots like this in town with the dreaded ‘you’re stuck here now’ design and I just don’t get it. If there was a way to eliminate that in the event you needed to exit the line, would be grand. ☺️

Do you use fresh beef in your restaurants? Because if not, the rare burger I was served tonight is going to be an issue. I highly doubt the meat you are serving is of quality enough to be served cooked To this temperature. Some major quality control needs to happen here.
