Horseshoe Bluff Hiking Trailhead

The lower trail at the base of the bluffs is an amazing short hike. We went late in the day at the sun was shining on them, making we stand there looking in awe at them. If you are in the area, make sure you check them out. There are 2 other levels you can hike up to, unfortunately I am not able to do the climb, so I have no idea what the views were like from those vantage points.

Wonderful recreation area. Beware deer hunters in the fall. Not a park. Gorgeous hikes in historic limestone bluffs.

GREAT trail. Nice and easy for the forst part and then going up the layers is a bit harder but not bad at all!! Will be coming back for sure, also GREAT picture opportunity as well. Wonderful views even in early spring. A few messed up signs cuz we cant have nice things in areas that bratty people can go in. But still awesome non the less.
