I had ordered a used Clarett 2Pre online and it came with no cords (From another Guitar Center) I called down to store and they informed me I can come down to store to return it and be refunded full amount. I ended up using the refund as credit and paying the difference to get a brand new Clarett+ 2Pre. Well worth it. And great customer service 👍🏼

It's a guitar center, one of thousands across the country, meeting the standards set by their peers. here's a flowchart you can use to determine whether you should visit: 1. Good place to try out instruments and see equipments in person. Even for those in boxes, it feels different from seeing an online image or video. Staffs are mostly friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes, price are even better than what you can find online. I think they price match, too.

I used to work here (quit in january). We never answer the phone because they only staff the store to a bare minimum of what will get us by. Were either too busy or honestly a lot of times just don't want to answer the phones. Don't shop here
