I skied here 10 years ago and it doesn’t appear that any changes have been made. The lifts lack padding and whips you around. When getting on the lift, there wasn’t even snow covering the wooden planks-making it very slippery even for an advanced skier. The staff running the lifts could see beginners getting on and did not slow down the lift, which was very dangerous-I watched multiple people fall. I noticed tons of lost ski poles scattered on the runs and I picked up as many as I could. I saw about 5-6 ski patrol employees and not one picked up trash or the solo poles. I am disappointed that I drove 3 hours to ski here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Our fist time skiing and our instructor, Andrew, made it so fun. He was very informative and patient as some picked up on skills more quickly than others. We had a blast and will definitely visit again!

This is my first time skiing and I must say that it was harder than I thought lol. The instructors at Sundown however were very patient even for a lost case like me 😆. The service was great,overall, I will recommend.

Well maintained, friendly staff, especially the tune up shop guys - our boards required multiple fixes and after the first time they didn't charge us which was very appreciated! The bartender in the lodge was also really friendly. Highly recommend!
