Always friendly staff when we go here. The only thing I wish would be different is if they ordered a larger shipment of large crickets for our bearded dragon but if they are out when we go in we only have to wait a couple days or so.

We were denied a fish because we didn't have proof of our tank size. The girl working there was very rude and acted like she just didn't want to sell us a fish but for unknown reasons. So we went to PETSMART and asked the fish employees there about the same fish and they said the fish would be perfectly fine in a 20 gallon tank alone. There were dead fish in just about every tank but we can't have any because we don't have a picture of our tank.

Helpful staff. Spent several hundred dollars on fish and supplies (start up can be a little pricey ). Had one fish die but they have a 30 day guarantee with receipt. (You don't have to bring the body with you.) They helped me get started by telling me about the fish and how to maintain a healthy tank.
