I went in today to look for a pair of shoes. While I was shopping two ladies starting yelling at the employees saying that customer service sucked. I thought the employees were very polite and left people alone because they didn’t want to be too nosy or annoying. The girls then went up to the registers and continued to tell the employees how horrible their costumer service is. I would come back to the store and hope the same thing wouldn’t happen. Very great store with pretty good pricing, and great employees! -sammy

I have been a loyal customer for a long time...until today. I walked in to buy my daughter a pair of tennis shoes and made several confusing laps around the children's shoe section wondering where the girls shoes were. Eventually I figured out that the boys and girls shoes have been mixed together and are now considered gender neutral. I really could not care less what type of shoes my daughter chooses to wear, but life is already stressful enough. I don't want to have to sift through double the amount of shoes. If my daughter liked to wear boy shoes, I would want to be able to go to the boy section so that she could choose the shoes she wants. Since she's more into pinks and purples and sparkles and such, I want to go to the girls section and hopefully talk her into the cheapest pair of whatever. I was just so dumbfounded that I left and bought shoes at another store. You don't have to label the sections "boy" or "girl," but have some separation...some logical organization. Make everybody's shopping experience less painful. I honestly don't care what type of shoes anyone wears, I'm just tired.

Benson Lover

I went into Famous Footwear looking for shoes but I found so much more. I worked with a man named Benson who had the largest bulge on this side of the Western hemisphere. While trying on shoes it was hard not to notice his rather large package but I had to buy shoes cause they were just so damn comfy. I would recommend to any single lady looking for a handsome fox of a man like Benson with his great sales skills. I am still wet.....
