Tried to get help of a manager from this branch back in 2016 because a chase advisor was doing fradulent acts with my account without My authorization went back to confront the chase advisor that was doing fraud with my account and turns out he quit and moved to a different location dont know what to do now since they dont wanna help me recover my belongings and there covering up for the chase advisor that disclosed of my information and changed information from my account without my permission wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this specific chase bank a lot of curupt employees and managers dont even care of the customers welll being

I went on a lunch break to this branch. Waited in line for 25mins. The line didn't move at all. 3 people walked out and none were let in. Someone causally walked by, cut the line and just went in and no one from the bank sent him out. There was at least 10 of us in line with no movement at all. Whoever is in charge of monitoring people coming in and out needs to be fired. Those of us who don't have time to waste can't afford to stand in line for nothing. If I could insert a middle finger right here (____) I would.

I wanted to open a new account so went there and wrote my name on the list and started waiting with my 2 year old on Saturday since I am working all other days, after half an hour a lady asked me if I had two forms of ID and I mentioned specifically that I have my drivers license and SS card so I was told that it’s fine but I had to wait a bit more because bankers are not available yet, after waiting one hour finally I was called and asked for ID and then was said you should have had your permanent residency card since you aren’t a US citizen. I understand the rules but waiting exactly one hour for nothing and very unfriendly personnel with poor customer service is really disappointing. This is a really close place to my house but for sure I will never go there again
