I wanted to live here for a very long time before I moved in last year. I was very happy to finally get a place! The good; I love the community. Neighbors are nice and helpful and we have a fun posting communication group, a newsletter, monthly community meetings and events and more! The entire place is clean and the houses are cute and fun to walk around feeling safe in my own neighborhood and look at decorations and stuff. The houses themselves are also super nice - they don't even seem like manufactured or mobile homes. The community center is awesome with a pool, spas, gym, library, mini golf, basketball courts, playground, parks, movie theatre, pool table and lots more. I also love that its gated and security and neighbors watch out for each other. Oh and it's quiet! I can sometimes hear the fwy at night but faint and far. Lots of visitor parking available. RV parking for a small extra fee. The "bad"; You do have to pay a bit of space rent but I don't think it's worse than other parks especially for what you get. You're right up against the mountains so you do get some good wind. It can be hard for some people to qualify/get approved living here. There are some strict rules on keeping your place looking nice (but also, this makes sure the park stays nice so catch 22!). There are coyotes here so you gotta watch your pets (which btw are limited to 2 cats/dogs). Can't much think of anything else bad! Just thought I would leave a little bit here since I remember looking for reviews before I lived here :)

Depends on the lot. There's a price range. You'd have to ask them directly about a specific lot location.
They are not rentals. You can purchase ur manufactured home and you only rent the lot/ space!

Yes, it is more upscale than a lot of mobile home parks and they do keep it up. But they are in business to make money.
No , 5starhomes and modern work with you for a loan approval , on new or used .you can also contact Oakridge if interested on buying a used home.
You can rent a vacant lot and have a house built, but you need to go through Oakridge's contractors to build it.
You can also contact 5star and have your mobile home built to your desire floor plan , that's what I did or buy 1 of their model.
You need to call their office, not so sure if they rent or not. I am thinking that they do not, but I would check with them to be sure.

It’s like living in a small town. We walk at all hours and wave to everybody. We have a dog park that usually has a group of people socializing with their dogs. Our Recreation club hosts regular dining, party and sales events. We have a swimming pool, two hot tubs, tennis, putting range, basketball and a gym. There are several parks and green belts with benches for enjoying the views. The streets are quiet and the peploe are friendly. Rules include no parking in the streets, we must keep the outside of our homes in good condition, no storing items outside our homes. All landscaping has to be maintained, no weeds. Dogs may not walk on the streets. People drive to the dog park or walk their dogs in strollers.
