Went threw the drive thru for a family dinner. No coleslaw, no gravy and no Mac n cheese available. I was disappointed but I understand when product runs out. I get to the window, now day they don't have enough have enough chicken for me either. So I got 1 piece of spicy. Get my food home and all my chicken is overcooked and all burnt up. Barely any meat on the chicken. It was all coating. This location had gone way down hill. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

How can you tell your customers that you cant substitute a side item when your online menu clearly says you can!. In this case if you're out of one side item and there is another side items that is on that list of choices , i dont understand why you cant get it? Becaue thats what I was told. No substitutions, not even if the side item is on that list, No! Again that what she said!! So as a result , order got cancelled. I would like to know why this happened?? How are you going to keep your business afloat when your customers are experiencing issues like this??

It would be nice if the doors were open when the Business is open ! Get there the drive thru is around the building. People inside but you can't get in ?

They sold us this old chicken, which smelled like old grease recooked and knew that it was old. I took pictures and returned it. They didn't bother going back into the cash register, they gave me the money cash out their own pocket. I don't know what's going on here but they are about to food poison someone. I am definitely about to call the Racine City Public Health of Department. You could of poison my kids... This just happen 20 minutes ago, I am so disappointed. Ill Never buy from here again, too many strikes needs to be closed down. Look at the picture below!!!
