They're extremely disrespectful on the phone don't even call and tell u why they suspend your benefits and on top of it when they know it's your only income that u have and than they still do that the one I talked to on the phone is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional and than try calling em back the phone rings on their end and than they hang up on u they are extremely rude

No they are not. It's drop off only as well as phone help.
You can walk in Monday through Thursday, through the first set of doors and there's a table with pens, envelopes, and a cover letter. Fill out the cover letter and put your name and address on the envelope and put all your papers in the envelope. DO NOT seal it. Then drop it in the box. Otherwise, you can make an appointment for a Friday.
On the office door there's an 800 number to call and schedule an appt.
You have to go in to the office, with a school Id or immunization signed and dated record from doctor. They will mail a new one
