I highly recommend Planet Fitness. It's a clean, relaxed environment. The staff is friendly and the equipment is literally fool proof. I love that there's a QR Code on all of the equipment, so if you're not sure how something works all you have to do is scan the code and you can watch the demonstration right on your phone. I've never been the type of person to enjoy going to the gym... until now.

It is acceptable. I don't love it because there are obsolete devices that nobody uses and it is a space that could be occupied with better machines. I hope they update it Especially that yellow zone I think it could improve

Hello Mary Lou. If you're unable to come in person, you can send us a signed letter to cancel. To cancel your membership by mail, all you would need to do is place a signed letter in a stamped envelope in your mailbox and address it to our club. We will handle your cancellation request accordingly. As for the contents of the letter, we ask that you put your name, the reason for canceling, contact information, and your written signature.

As much as we understand the convenience of a 24-hour facility, some of our clubs may have implemented modified hours in order to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable gym for our PF family. Just go in and tell them you wish to cancel. You are paid a month in advance so you'll be able to use your membership until your next billing cycle.
