Hello Mary Lou. If you're unable to come in person, you can send us a signed letter to cancel. To cancel your membership by mail, all you would need to do is place a signed letter in a stamped envelope in your mailbox and address it to our club. We will handle your cancellation request accordingly. As for the contents of the letter, we ask that you put your name, the reason for canceling, contact information, and your written signature.
