Sales rep introduced himself then let me look with no excessive hovering or annoying "still finding everything okay" . I found what I wanted he was easy to find and made it a quick and easy process. Manager Jimmy was also a nice and helpful person.

The store experience was very good and efficient. For delivery you have to block out an entire day and the day before they will let you know what time is convenient for them. Weekends are booked a month out. So, only if there is NO urgency or you are retired, it’s very convenient.

We came into the store to find a recliner. Our salesman noticed us and realized that we knew what we were looking for. He was never far away. He let us look but was always close enough to answer any questions if we had any. When we finally circled back to a set of chairs, Cameron introduced himself. Very professional. We ended up purchasing 2 recliners. Would have been nice to bring them home, but wait is much better than another store and for twice the money.

This furniture store was inviting and I enjoyed it more than I was expecting! Upon walking in, I was kindly greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I let the salesman know I was just looking and he thoroughly respected that, which I appreciate. I don't like to be followed around... The lighting and ambiance of the store was perfect! The furniture staging was done well and you could tell the store was properly designed! I appreciated the inviting environment. Although today I was not in the market for any new furniture, I'd definitely be back.
