I dropped by with my family to buy jewellery. The owner was chatting away with someone about Ukraine and the after effects. There was a lady who was walking around. Customers waiting for someone to serve them. Waited patiently for over 10 minutes for someone to respond. No one bothered. I then looked at the owner and asked him whether anyone can help us. He responds that they only serve customers by appointment. If that was so, then why the hell would you want to keep the doors open in a mall with a welcome board. No sign stating that customers can enter only by appointment. Will never ever step into this store for the kind of arrogant attitude in these days of customer delight

Very rude. We walked in and we’re refused service because we had no appointment. There were zero customers in the store and still a very hostile treatment. Avoid at all costs.
