Room was ok at best. Checkin and checkout was very easy, AC worked. Huge negative, the room smelled.. bad. Weird because it was a non smoking room. I used up almost an entire bottle of fabreeze then let it air out for 45mins to make it acceptable. If you are picky this isn't the place for you. But if you just need an inexpensive (relative to other places) bed for the night, this should get you by. I slept horrible, but I like much softer beds. Pillows are half size, tiny, but they had 3-4 on each bed.

I was in Delaware for 1 night & needed a quick stay with good internet. The room was clean and comfy. Unfortunately, the internet was down and I wasn't aware that I had to call the office and get my room changed for better internet. The breakfast was sufficient and I stayed dry during a storm that night.

Positive: The location. Negative: First of all it was not a hotel. I stayed at a motel. This is false advertisement. Secondly I ask for a no smoking room and the room I got smell liked an old musty smoke filled room that they tried to mask the order. Thirdly the police kept circling thru.

The room was comfortable and I was able to get a good night's sleep. I was most impressed by the fitness room (equipped with Bowflex equipment) which saved me from having to go pay for and go to an off-site gym. Coffee and teas are available 24-hours in the lobby. All of the staff that I interacted with were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was not too much outside noise; the window unit was loud and the refrigerator was loud.
