During the 4th of July holiday week, my husband's laptop had a fatal error of the hard drive. I called, and the shop was open the day after the 4th when most businesses took a long weekend off. Ben was very friendly, and reassured me it would be looked at and diagnosed that day. We got the call Monday that is was fixed with a new solid state hatd drive. Joy and happiness filled the world!
