Wasn't very happy with this particular Wendy's! First off it was empty! One person ahead of us in the drive thru. They seemed to having a hard time with whoever was taking their order. It tooked a few minutes repeating everything. Then when they pulled up to pay the person taking the order didn't ask them to pull up knowing it was a big order and I only had a large frosty. She made me sit and wait instead of having the van pull forward. So I get up to the window and get ignored for several minutes while she didn't even look at us. Too busy staring at the register. When she does open it I asked if they normally make people wait when they have a situation like this..she said no and gave me a blank stare like she couldn't comprehend why i was irritated. I paid and had to wait several more minutes for the shake. Then it gets better...she forgets the straw but before i could say something she closed the window. I tried getting her attention but NOTHING...so what better way than to lay on the horn! UNREAL! OMG! Never going to this place again. What topped it off was the Supervisor or Manager peeked her head around to stare but didn't ask us if everything was ok or what the issues were.

It's been years since we had eaten at a Wendy's before today. Our last few visits didn't leave a good taste in our mouths. We felt it was time to give them a shot again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the double burger with bacon meal and my wife had the grilled chicken sandwich. They were both very good. The fries were also good. The only complaint is that the restaurant was almost too cold. Overall we were very pleasantly surprised.

Open after 2 years of locked lobby. I got a number two combo with a large fries and it was $12. It wasn't bad but definitely not worth $12. Most of the soda flavors were out and the one I got was sort of weak. My experience was subpar. Next time I come here I'll just get the $5 value meal. You don't get much more for $12. Because you don't get much in a combo I had to order 2 double stacks because I was still hungry. I spent $18 during my visit and I realized I could have just gone to a formal restaurant and drank out of a glass instead of paper cup.
Split Nail
My wife just came home after ordering a 50 piece chicken nugget and some large fries for the family. Disgusting. We had it split up between 25 regular and 25 spicy. The regular had probably been cooked in the last hour or two. Way behind standard but not even close to the spicy nuggets. They were cooked many hours ago. This is coming from someone who was GM of a fast food restaurant for years. There is no excuse. This situation needs to be recognized. No way should food ever be served that is that low of quality. It is in the trash. I do not want a refund, this is not a cry for something free. The owner or corporate should be made aware of the incident. If it happened to us there is a high probability that it has happened before and will happen again. That is not an accident, that is no care for your position.
