We had a great time on Pewaukee Lake on July 3rd. The pontoon was super nice compared to other places that we have rented from in WI. Great staff and easy to book online.

Booked online after speaking to staff over the phone. Arrived on reservation day, boat was clean and ready to go. Crew was helpful, gave basic instructions and a few pointers and sent us off. We stopped back twice for restrooms and the staff were responsive and helpful each time, helping us to dock with ease. We definitely plan to rent from them again.

ZERO STARS!! I can’t believe how terrible of an experience we had! First, we found beachside online and picked a 4 person boat to spend the day on the water while our guests were in town. We arrived and they bring us to a boat with TWO seats (we rented and PAID FOR one advertised as having four). When I ask them where the other two seats are, they suggest our guests SIT ON THE GROUND. The manager (I believe his name is Ken) comes out and is SO RUDE. I mean, unbelievably rude. He says that they ‘used stock photos online’ and it ‘wasn’t his fault they didn’t buy the other two seats’ ... um it is ABSOLUTELY YOUR FAULT that you ADVERTISED IT with ‘4 person boat’. He then says if I don’t want it he will rent it in two seconds he doesn’t care about us.... my jaw was on the floor. So in addition to all of this, the boat was a piece of junk and they were price gouging to rent it in the first place. The propeller looked like a shark took a bite out of it and this is the exact sketchy place that would have charged us for a new engine and blamed us for it! Hands down the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER experienced!

The boat we rented was clean and in great condition. Their friendly staff allowed us to enjoy a beautiful day on the lake. We also appreciate that they're pet friendly.
