Worst service. Was told part would take 1 week to 3 months to get for a dryer, which was a heating element. Asked to call when he found out how long it would take, answer was they didn't have time there are over 100 other people that are waiting. Called over to talk with manager never got a call back only a $90 service call bill and no fixed dryer. Ordered part from another person it was here in 2 days. Won't go back.

1 year ago Rottweilers delivered me a washer dryer combo set that I fully paid for... The machine did not work the moment they brought it in my door... They said it was my electrical outlet which I knew worked fine... So I hired electrician to come and let me know that my electrical outlet was perfect... Rottweiler has been in numerous times over the last year repairing this machine... Finally after the last 3 months of complaining they brought me a new machine all great and fun and dandy... However when they delivered the machine they broke my steps and Colin said it was not their liability.... Poor business from the get-go all for the dollar sad... If someone would happen to trip and fall on my steps it would be my responsibility even though Rottweiler appliance is the one who caused the problem they're not willing to stand behind their product or the damage done to my home....

Excellent installation service! Very thorough and their knowledge of all the appliances we ordered was invaluable and we were informed we could call anytime if we had questions. To top it all off there wasn't a scrap piece of packaging left behind! Thanks again guys!

We have always tried to support local businesses if possible, here are just a few reasons why. Knowledgeable staff (yes, they KNOW what they sell), courteous, willing to work with us given where we live and our 2 guys who came out to do the install were polite and efficient. Our appliance shopping experience was nothing short of excellent! Get out and support your local family owned business, you will be impressed! Merry Christmas
