Hi there, We have a 5-YEAR warranty on the FIREBOX – NOT prorated. We have a 20-YEAR warranty on the whole furnace – Parts AND Labor. The water jacket has a 10-year warranty. Electrical components such as the fan, thermostat and pump and the door and grates have a one-year to three-year manufacturer’s warranty. We will ship you a new part. Nothing takes more than 10 minutes to replace and we ask you to take care of that. For more information, please visit this page: https://www.wood-heating-solutions.com/warranty/

Hi Carlos, Thanks for reaching out! The main difference between the model you are after is that it has a front loading furnace with more water capacity and a larger firebox then any other furnace in its class. These wood furnaces feature fireboxes that are 3/8” thick. The water jacket bottom is also 3/8” thick with the sides and top being 3/16”. All of these front loading furnaces come with large 24” x 24” fuel fill doors and removable ash pans. Hope this answers your question.
