Amanda and Blake are fantastic hosts! Our houseboat was beautiful and everything worked perfectly. We felt safe and well cared for. We also rented a fishing boat and it too ran perfectly. The region of the Mississippi they serve is clean and picturesque. The island beach we moored at was clean and safe and had a lovely view by day and by night! It was a great way to relax in nature. I completely recommend S &S Houseboat Rentals.

Friendly staff who is willing to help out. If you decide that you want them to drive the boat to a sandbar, they will , The boat was clean and spacious. The only thing I would mention is about the water slide. The river's current is pretty strong. My husband tried the slide and it was harder to swim to the boat then he thought it would. I don't think I would let my kid use it even with a life jacket. We would do this again, for sure!

Such a fun and unique experience! Great for families especially during COVID! We had a blast on the water slide, visiting little sand bars & using the fire pits for s'mores, and cruising down the Mississippi. I was nervous about having enough space because we had 7 adults, 4 kids, and 1 doggo. There was so no need, we had plenty of room to move about and relax wherever. The staff at the doc was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this and hope our family goes again!
